Lipton Onion Soup Meatloaf Recipe
You will need: | a 9 X 5 inch (2L) loaf pan, a spoon and a large bowl |
Ingredients: | Lipton onion soup mix | 1 pouch | |
Eggs | 2 | ||
Ketchup (tomato sauce) | 125 ml | (1/2 cup) | |
Bread crumbs, fine | 125 ml | (1/2 cup) | |
Ground beef, lean | 1 kg | (2 lbs) | |
Instructions: | 1. Preheat the oven to 180C (350F) | ||
2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs. | |||
3. Add the onion soup mix, ketchup and bread crumbs. Mix well. | |||
4. Add ground beef and mix well. | |||
5. Shape into the loaf pan and bake for 70 minutes (at 350F). | |||
