Lipton Onion Soup Meatloaf Recipe

You will need: a 9 X 5 inch (2L) loaf pan, a spoon and a large bowl

Ingredients:Lipton onion soup mix1 pouch
Eggs2
Ketchup (tomato sauce) 125 ml(1/2 cup)
Bread crumbs, fine125 ml(1/2 cup)
Ground beef, lean1 kg(2 lbs)
Instructions:1. Preheat the oven to 180C (350F)
2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs.
3. Add the onion soup mix, ketchup and bread crumbs. Mix well.
4. Add ground beef and mix well.
5. Shape into the loaf pan and bake for 70 minutes (at 350F).

You can serve this meatloaf with loaded mash potatoes and a side salad.
